Please note that while every submission is welcomed, participation is subject to a competitive selection process. Selected partners are required to provide a valid certificate of insurance at least 72 hours before the event. This ensures that both Sarasota County Government and Nathan Benderson Park Conservancy Inc. are appropriately covered. For any questions or additional details, our events staff is ready to help.

Insurance Requirements

All Food & Liquor Vendors are required to email certificates of insurance to Emma Anthony at least 72 hours before the event. We request one certificate, issued to BOTH parties listed below:
