  • Big Bill Big 5K

    Benefits the Big Bill Foundation, which provides scholarships to youths who have battled childhood cancer or other life-threatening conditions. This is the second annual Big 5K, in memory of Bill Robinson, the original chairman of NBP’s nonprofit operator who, with his son Parks, founded Fit2Run, The Runner’s Superstore.

  • Gulf Coast Games For Life

    Gulf Coast Games For Life: Feb. 6, 9 a.m. at NBP (but at other sites Jan. 15-Feb. 6). This event is a qualifier for the Florida Senior Games, and encourages and promote healthy lifestyles, gives seniors the opportunity to compete at the local, state and national level, and provides an affordable and quality multi-sport festival that seniors can call their own. Events at NBP on Feb. 6 include coastal rowing, Olympic-style rowing, sit-on-top recreational kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding.
