NBP Trick Or Treat On The Lake, to be held 5:30-8:30 p.m. Oct. 26, moves this year from NBP’s west lake to Regatta Island, for more room and convenient parking. A contest for the best-decorated booth will be decided by visitors — the winning booth will receive a gift certificate for the UTC shopping area.

The event is FREE, but parking is $5 per car.
