We’re kicking off the new NBP Veterans program, and you can be a part of it!

Nathan Benderson Park and Adaptive Adventures are serving those who served our country. NBP Veterans is a dragon boat program that provides opportunities for veterans to get on the water and experience one of the fastest growing sports in the country. Annual dues and as many as two race entries are waived for all qualified participants. No experience is required — ambulatory or non-ambulatory, men and women alike! Come get in the boat!

Criteria to participate

1. All participating veterans must be honorably discharged.
2. All team members must follow the rules of dry behaviors during events and practices.

Practices

Join us at 10 a.m. Saturdays on the south end of Regatta Island at NBP (near the launch and recovery docks).
