At Nathan Benderson Park, our carefully marketed, uniquely promoted and well-attended events provide businesses with an excellent opportunity to gain visibility and consumer awareness with both local and international audiences.
To become a vendor, please complete our online Vendor Application. You will also be required to submit certificates of insurance prior to vending onsite. (samples and requirements below)

Merchandise and food vendors will be provided with two daily parking passes at the venue. All merchandise and food (size, material, selling price, etc.) sold or distributed at events are subject to approval by The Suncoast Aquatic Nature Center Associates, Inc. (SANCA) and the Local Organization Committee.
*After we receive your application, you will receive an email notification of acceptance or reason for denial. If approved, we will send an email with an invoice for your approved events.
Once you have been approved as a vendor, please use our Tent Rental Request Form if you need to rent a tent for an event. One request per event. Please complete at least 2 weeks prior to each event.
