Drop Off/Pick Up
Our camp is located on the East side of Regatta Island. Attached is a map of that location. We will have tents and feather banners marking our location. Camper sign-in and sign-out is required every day.
Certifications: All of our counselors hold at least a Level I USA Archery certification.
Weather: We will keep a close eye on the weather. If inclement weather arises, we will take shelter in the Benderson Family Finish Tower.
Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you need to cancel your week of camp, our policy (which is detailed on our website) includes collecting a 3% cancellation fee.
Objective of camp: This one-day camp will give campers experience with all the necessary equipment to become independent, educated safe archers.
Camp Overview: The day starts off with introductions, an ice-breaker game, a safety over view, and basic instruction. Campers will then have their first “shoot” of the morning. At noon we will take a break in our Benderson Family Finish Tower where campers can enjoy their lunch and watch Robin Hood. In the afternoon campers will get to design and paint their own cedar arrows, and we will finish out the day with another “shoot.”
