And the facilities at NBP are more than ample, with 600 acres including 200 acres of land and 400 acres of water surface:

The process is simple, and our events staff is ready to help you make your event the best it can be. First, we ask you to complete a form, after which an events staff representative will contact you to discussion your options and our capabilities to support your event. The forms help us put together options for you and coordinate with other events.
Rent Outdoor Space
With 600 acres — 400 of it on the water — we have plenty of room and flexibility for your event. We are no stranger to multiple simultaneous events, so your best bet is to email our events staff and discuss your needs! The Benderson Family Finish Tower is now available to host your next event! The finish tower is ideal for:
The second floor features indoor meeting space and an outdoor terrace perfect for larger events!
Indoor space: 2,100+ sq. ft.
Outdoor space: 4,600+ sq. ft.
The fifth floor includes a small, outdoor balcony and comes with private access to our sixth-floor, open-air deck.

Finish Tower Rental Rates
Finish Tower Corporate Meeting Special: 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Mondays-Fridays, $300/booking
Must use one of Nathan Benderson Park Conservancy’s preferred catering companies. Admin fee, cleaning, staff, tables and chairs included. Additional charges will apply for linens, audio, visual, etc.
Finish Tower Rental: After 4 p.m. Mondays-Fridays, and anytime on the weekends, $125/hour
Must use one of NBPC’s preferred catering companies. Space rental, admin fee and cleaning charges included. Additional charges will apply for staffing, tables, chairs, linens, audio, visual, etc.
Additional fees may apply. Rates are subject to change. Holiday rates may be in effect.

Are you interested in your next party or event at the playground at Nathan Benderson Park? Currently, we offer the ability to rent the pavilion that sits adjacent to the playground.

EVENT INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Required limits for comprehensive general liability insurance for bodily injury and property damage and hired non-owned auto coverage must be at least one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) in single limit coverage.
All certificates of insurance must indicate that the insurance may not be canceled without thirty (30) days prior written notice, with 10 days for non-payment of premium.
Commercial general liability policy must be endorsed to include Sarasota County Government and Suncoast Aquatic Nature Center Associates Inc., both of which are named as additional insured per written agreement.
Event holders’ coverage must include a waiver of subrogation in favor of Sarasota County Government and Suncoast Aquatic Nature Center Associates Inc.
Separate certificates of insurance must be issued to the following entities:
