The park’s venues are more than ample, with 600 acres including 200 acres of land and 400 acres of water surface. It is comprised of the following:

2000m World Rowing Class A rowing course and 1500m auxiliary race course
Numerous 5K, 10K and half-marathon courses
4,000 square feet of indoor meeting space

The process is simple, and our booking events teams are ready to help you have a successful event. First, we ask you to complete a form, after which an our booking team will contact you to discuss your goals and details of your event.

Rent Outdoor Space

With 600 acres — 400 of it on the water — we have plenty of room and flexibility for your event. We are no stranger to multiple simultaneous events, so your best bet is to email our events staff and discuss your needs! Click the “Rent Now” button below to access our event rental request form (reservations are made after dates, times and locations are set), which will set the wheels in motion. 

Pavilion rental requests should be made at least 14 days in advance.

Finish Tower

The Benderson Family Finish Tower is now available to host your next event!  The finish tower is ideal for:

Private Parties • Conferences
Banquets • Meetings
Corporate Retreats • Team Building and more!

The second floor features indoor meeting space and an outdoor terrace perfect for larger events!
Indoor space: 2,100+ sq. ft.
Outdoor space:  4,600+ sq. ft.

The fifth floor includes a small, outdoor balcony and comes with private access to our sixth-floor, open-air deck.

Fifth-floor indoor space: 2,100+ sq. ft.
Fifth-floor outdoor space: 1,100+ sq. ft.
Sixth-floor outdoor space: 2,600+ sq. ft.

All rentals are required to use one of Nathan Benderson Park Conservancy’s preferred catering companies.

    EVENT INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

    Required limits for comprehensive general liability insurance for bodily injury and property damage and hired non-owned auto coverage must be at least one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) in single limit coverage.

    All certificates of insurance must indicate that the insurance may not be canceled without thirty (30) days prior written notice, with 10 days for non-payment of premium.

    Commercial general liability policy must be endorsed to include Sarasota County Government and Suncoast Aquatic Nature Center Associates Inc., both of which are named as additional insured per written agreement.

    Event holders’ coverage must include a waiver of subrogation in favor of Sarasota County Government and Suncoast Aquatic Nature Center Associates Inc.

    Separate certificates of insurance must be issued to the following entities:
