SUP Yoga

Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Classes

Paddle Fitness

These classes are designed to improve paddling technique, efficiency and speed, as well as turning skills, agility, and balance. Fitness is a workout taught entirely on the paddleboard using mostly body weight exercises like planks, sit-ups, burpees and prone paddles.

Dates: Every Monday starting 3/6/17

Hours: 5:30pm-6:30pm
Fees:  $20 per class (equipment provided)   

Balance Core and More

Unifying standard yoga poses with stand up paddle boards, This class will help improve your movements on the water, then let the water awaken your yoga poses. A fun blend of relaxation, core workout & balance!   

Dates: Every Wednesday starting 3/8/17
Hours: 5:30pm-6:30pm
Fees: 
 $20 per class (equipment provided)

Class minimum registrants: 3

Park Hours

April - October: 6:00 am to 8:00 pm
November - March:     6:00 am to 6:00 pm
